Lights! Canberra! Action! 2017 Win, Fashfest Film # 2 and Mentorship
I'm pleased to announce that my short documentary (Brothers In Alms) I made for this year's Lights! Canberra! Action! was not only selected to screen as part of the 'Top 12' but also picked up some big awards. Brothers In Alms won Best Cinematography, Best Director, Best Film and now the Audience Choice Award! Thank you to Silver Dory Productions for their excellent B-roll footage and my two crew members Luke Patterson (DOP) and Richie Nicholas (Sound). Shout outs must also go to Travis Dom for composing some of the soundtrack and my sister Rosie Chan for her effort on the production design.
For more information about the film you go here, otherwise stay tuned for the film's official online launch.
As promised, the second Fashfest film I produced for last year's festival is now available to view online. To see the full list of credits, click here.
As part of being an official 2016 Fashfest filmmaker, I was honored to receive a creative mentorship from Bal Lawyers. This mentorship includes a business development course as well as free legal advice for my next project. Thank you to Fashfest and Bal Lawyers for this great opportunity!
